This song is about my own struggle with depression and how I kept it hidden for many years. I wanted this song to express how on the outside it can appear like you have it all, but on the inside, you can be strugging more than anyone realizes. I am blessed to have an awesome support system of familly and friends, and along with meditation and journal writing, I am finding light out of the darknesss.
